• Make sure you are well-hydrated before your session

• Review the list of contraindications on the intake form to ensure they do not apply to you. Contraindications may vary depending on treatment (lymphatic, colonics, foot baths) so be sure to review the correct document.

• Do not apply any lotion on your body immediately prior to your lymphatic treatment

• Do not eat within two (2) hours of your colonic treatment

• Do not perform any aggressive physical activity after your treatment; make plans for an easy day (lymphatic and colonics)

• Notify us by 11am the day before your appointment if you must change or cancel your appointment to avoid paying a full fee, which helps compensate for overhead and lost wages.
